This Fellowship, funded by The National Lottery Community Fund will support Black Lived Experience Leaders across the UK. 

About this Fellowship

Common Call has partnered with impact measurement organisation, Coalition for Efficiency, to produce a transformative 12-week program that will engage Black lived experience leaders in capacity building, impact measurement and evidence collection that will demonstrate the robustness of their interventions and impact COVID-19 recovery locally.

The programme includes online, interactive training sessions, and 1-2-1 expert support that will support participants to:
  • Overcome barriers to long term sustainability
  • Develop an evidence base to substantiate the impact of their work
  • Better engage with commissioners and funders​
The 12-week training sessions will focus on the following key areas:
  • Income generation
  • Growth Marketing for Impact Organisations
  • Impact measurement
  • Developing a theory of change
  • People and Culture
  • Sales and Negotiation
  • Building your organisation for growth and scale.
  • Data Collection
  • Demystifying social investment
  • Communicating Impact
